The Biesse K60 Trim is a new compact, semi automatic edge trimmer. Perfect for shaped work, the K60 has a solid, heavy-duty structure to ensure the very highest levels of consistency and repeatability. Designed to complement the Biesse Active Edge, with these two machines edging is possible on any shape.
STANDARD FEATURES
• Base frame: it provides the whole machine with stability and strength.
• Work Table: provided with matrix table to suit different panel shape.
WORKING UNITS USED IN THE BASIC COMPOSITION
• Bottom Slide with spring drive. It includes high speed motor 0.55 kW/ 12000 rpm. Spring loading can be adjusted with nut.
• Top Slide with spring drive and stroke of 120 mm. It includes high speed motor 0.55kW/ 12000rpm. Spring loading can be adjusted with nut. Manual height adjustment by screw rod on top depending on panel thickness.
• Horizontal Slide for angular panels. This slide used to set top cutter for angular panel by moving towards operator with a screw rod.
• Vertical copier. Copiers are used to set accurately the cutting edge to panel. This provides uniform finishing over the edge.
• Horizontal copier. This copier is used to guide the panel over cutters. Depending on panel thickness we can use 3 different copiers:
